~~(tj ry, s .,,~,i~~~',/Clerk <br />'f 'J/!(JJ,, <br />{/ <br />. ~ Countyof <br />~ .. -b--Essex <br />The Corporation of the County of Essex <br />By-Law Number 2022-23 <br />A By-law to Authorize the Execution of an Agreement <br />Between the Corporation of the County of Essex and the <br />Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 860. <br />Whereas it is deemed expedient to execute an Agreement between <br />the Corporation of the County of Essex and the Canadian Union of Public <br />Employees Local 860. <br />Now therefore the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex <br />hereby enacts as follows: <br />1) That the Warden and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to <br />execute an Agreement, between the Corporation of the County of <br />Essex and the Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 860, for the <br />term April 1, 2022 to March 31st, 2025, and that the Corporate Seal <br />be affixed thereto. <br />2) That this By-law shall come into force and take effect after the final <br />passing. <br />3) That any other By-law that is contrary to this By-law be repealed. <br />Read a first, second and third time and Finally Passed this 20th day <br />of July, 2022.
