BY-LAW NUMBER 2776 A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEHENT BETWEEN HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN IN RIGHT OF ONTARIO, AS REPRESENTED BY THE MINISTER OF EMPLOY~tENT AND IMMIGRATION, THE MINISTER OF LABOUR, AND THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF WINDSOR, THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX, GARY PARENT AND CHARLES N. ~DY, DATED JANUARY 11, 1989. WHEREAS The Corporation of the County of Essex has jointly entered into an Assessment Incentive Agreement with Her rlajesty The Queen in right of Ontario, as represented by the Minister of Employment and Immigration, the Minister of Labour, The Corporation of the City of Windsor, Community Representatives Gary Parent and Charles N. Mady, to establish and maintain a Strategic Planning Committee to administer a program of research and assessment of the problems of mutual concern and to develop a private program of adjustment to meet these changes. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex enacts as follows: THAT the Warden and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute an Agreement between Her Majesty The Queen in right of Ontario, as represented by the Minister of Employment and Immigration, the Minister of Labour, The Corporation of the City of Windsor, The Corporation of the County of Essex, and Community Representatives Gary Parent and Charles N. Mady, a copy of which is attached hereto, and affix the Corporate Seal thereto; 2. THIS By-law shall come into force and take effect on the 15th day of March , 1989.
