BY-LAW NUMBER 2955 A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN IN RIGHT OF ONTARIO, AS REPRESENTED BY THE MINISTER OF COMMUNITY AND SOCIAL SERVICES, AND THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX. WHEREAS The Corporation of the County of Essex has jointly entered into an Agreement with Her Majesty The Queen in right of Ontario, as represented by the Minister of Community and Social Services, to provide a Job Creation Program for Social Assistance Recipients, dependents and beneficiaries 16 years and over, and Vocational Rehabilitation Clients not in receipt of Family Benefits or General Welfare Assistance for the period of October 1, 1991 to March 31, 1992. The number of positions will consist of 1 Adult Protective Service Worker, 9 Home Support Workers, 2 Inventory Listing Workers, and 1 Inventory Listing Co-ordinator. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex enacts as follows: l. THAT the Warden and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute an Agreement between Her Majesty The Queen in right of Ontario, as represented by the Minister of Community and Social Services, and The Corporation of the County of Essex, a copy of which is attached hereto, and affix the Corporate Seal thereto; 2.
