Countv of <br />Essex <br />The Corporation of the County of Essex <br />By-Law Number O3-2OI7 <br />A By-law to authorize the acceptance of the dedication of <br />a parcel of land and to authorize the execution of a Lease <br />and a Site Plan Agreement with regard to the <br />redevelopment of the EMS facility at 262O Dougall <br />Avenue, Windsor. <br />Whereas the Corporation has determined that it is necessary and <br />appropriate to construct a new EMS facility at 2620 Dougall Avenue, <br />Windsor; <br />And Whereas on December 30, 2016 the Planning and Building <br />Department of the City of Windsor issued approval to the Corporation's <br />Application for Site Plan Approval, which approval requires the execution of a <br />Site Plan Agreement with the City of Windsor; <br />And Whereas the Site Plan that has been approved by the City of <br />Windsor requires the Corporation to acquire 10.5 metres of lahd from the <br />property owner of 2670 Dougall Avenue, in exchange for the Corporation <br />granting a Lease and eventual sale to that property owner of a northerly <br />portion of 2620 Dougall Avenue; <br />And Whereas the Corporation deems it expedient to proceed with the <br />reconstruction of the EMS facility at 2620 Dougall Avenue on these terms and <br />conditions; <br />Now therefore the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex hereby <br />enacts as follows: <br />1) That The Corporation of the County of Essex enter into a Developer's <br />Site Plan Agreement with The Corporation of the City of Windsor <br />regarding the proposed reconstruction of the EMS facility at 2620 <br />Dougall Avenue, in the City of Windsor, in the County of Essex, a copy <br />of which Agreement is attached hereto and forms part of this By-law.
