County of <br />Essex <br />The Corporation of the County of Essex <br />By -Law Number 43-2019 <br />A By-law Authorizing the Execution of a Lease <br />Amendment and Extension Agreement between The <br />Corporation of the County of Essex and Storage Stop Ltd. <br />Whereas, pursuant to a Lease dated the 18th day of December, 2008 <br />("Original Lease") between Storage Stop Ltd., as landlord, (the "Landlord") <br />and The Corporation of the County of Essex, as the tenant (the "Tenant"), <br />the Landlord demised and leased unto the Tenant the Leased Premises (as <br />defined in the Lease), for a term of two (2) years commencing on the 15th <br />day of December 2008 and expiring on the 31St, day of December 2010. <br />And Whereas, pursuant to a Lease Extension Agreement, dated the <br />6th, day of October, 2010, ("Lease Extension -1"), the Landlord demised and <br />leased unto the Tenant the Leased Premises for a two year term <br />commencing on the 1St, day of January, 2011 and expiring December 31st, <br />2013; <br />And Whereas, pursuant to a Lease Extension Agreement, dated the <br />18th day of September, 2013, ("Lease Extension -2"), the Landlord demised <br />and leased unto the Tenant the Leased Premises for a two year term <br />commencing on the 1St day of January, 2014 and expiring December 31st, <br />2016; <br />And Whereas, pursuant to a Lease Extension Agreement, dated the <br />23rd day of December, 2016, ("Lease Extension -3"), the Landlord demised <br />and leased unto the Tenant the Leased Premises for a two year term <br />commencing on the 1St day of January, 2017 and expiring December 31St, <br />2019; <br />And Whereas it is deemed expedient to execute a Lease Amendment <br />and Extension Agreement between the Landlord and Tenant, for a term <br />commencing on January 1St, 2020 to December 31St, 2022; <br />
