Miner and Varga absent. <br /> (3) DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST: <br /> No member of Council disclosed interest in any matter under discussion at this <br /> Session. <br /> (4) MINUTES: <br /> Moved by Mr. Money <br /> Seconded by Mr. Clark <br /> THAT the minutes of the October 28, 1981 Session, as printed and mailed, be <br /> adopted. -- CARRIED. <br /> (5) WARDEN'S WELCOME & REMARKS: <br /> Warden Menard reported on the News Release regarding the MAP) Community -Based <br /> Industry Adjustment Program and the News Release regarding the (ILAP) Industry <br /> and Labour Adjustment Program awards in the Windsor Area. He also reported on <br /> several other activities. <br /> (6) PETITIONS & DELEGATIONS: <br /> Warden Menard welcomed representatives of delegations from the Soil and Crop <br /> Association, the Essex County Federation of Agriculture, and the National <br /> Farmers Union, as well as representatives from the Ministry of Natural Resources <br /> and the Essex Region Conservation Authority. <br /> Moved by Mr. Gagnier <br /> Seconded by Mr. Gibson <br /> THAT County Council allow representatives from the various delegations to <br /> address County Council on the proposed Tree Cutting By- law. -- CARRIED. <br /> Mr. Earl White, the Soil and Crop Association, presented their Brief to the <br /> County Council. <br /> Mr. Rick Fuerth presented the Brief of the Essex County Federation of <br /> Agiculture. <br /> yr• Richard Taves presented the Brief of the National Farmers Union. <br />
