A BY -LAW TO DECLARE REAL PROPERTY <br />OWNED BY THE CORPORATION OF THE <br />COUNTY OF ESSEX TO BE SURPLUS TO THE <br />NEEDS OF THE CORPORATION. <br />WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex, <br />on the 6 day of May, 2009 adopted By -law Number <br />26 -2009, establishing procedures governing the sale and other <br />disposition of Real Property owned by the Corporation of the County of <br />Essex; <br />AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the County of <br />Essex, on the 17 day of November, 2010 adopted resolution #300- <br />10, deeming the property municipally known as 236 Cherrylawn <br />Crescent, in the Town of Amherstburg, more fully described on <br />Schedule °A', being the former Amherstburg Day Care, to be surplus to <br />the needs of the Corporation. <br />NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the County of <br />Essex enacts as follows. <br />1. THAT the Corporation of the County of Essex deems the real <br />property municipally known as 236 Cherrylawn Crescent in <br />the Town of Amherstburg, more fully described on Schedule <br />'A', to be surplus to the needs of the Corporation. <br />2. THAT notice is hereby given the said surplus real property will <br />be sold in accordance with the procedures governing the sale <br />of real property established in By -law Number 26 -2009. <br />3.
