Askin, Cato, worth, Flanagan, Glatfield, Lafferty, Maloney, Patillo, Resume, Wright, Setherington and Trembley. The minutes of yesterday were read and approved. The Warden communicated to the Council, that the Loss Bylaw for building the Court House and Gaol had been approved by tN Governor in Council, and that arrangements had been made in Topolk fur the disposal of the debentures issued thereon. • � Moved by Air.
