THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX BY-LAW NUMBER 55-2009 A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF A DEVELOPER'S SITE PLAN AGREEMENT WITH THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF LEAMINGTON . --"'"J WHEREAS the County of Essex has made an application to the Municipality of Leamington to develop certain lands on Wilkinson Drive in Part of Lot 6, Concession 2, in the former Township of Mersea, and part of Lots 3, 4 and 5, Registered Plan 356, now designated and Part 3 on Reference Plan 12R-6282 except Part 1 on Plan 12R-7941, all in the Municipality of Leamington, in the County of Essex for the purposes of constructing an Emergency Medical Services Station; AND WHEREAS the Municipality of Leamington has granted this application on certain terms and conditions as set out in the Developer's Site Plan Agreement as attached; NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the Corporation of the County of Essex enter into a Developer's Site Plan Agreement with the Corporation of the Municipality of Leamington regarding the development of an Emergency Medical Services Station on Wilkinson Drive in Part of Lot 6, Concession 2, in the former Township of Mersea, and part of Lots 3, 4 and 5, Registered Plan 356, now designated and Part 3 on Reference Plan 12R-6282 except Part 1 on Plan 12R-7941, all in the Municipality of Leamington, in the County of -Essex, a copy of which Agreement is attached hereto and forms a part of this By- law. 2. That the Warden and the Clerk be and the same are hereby authorized to execute the said Developer1s Site Plan Agreement on behalf of the County of Essex and affix the County's seal thereto, as well as any and all other documents that may be necessary to give effect to the terms of the said Agreement. 3. This By-law shall come into force on the final passing thereof.
