<br />THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX <br /> <br />BY-LAW NUMBER 42-"009 <br /> <br />A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE <br />EXECUTION OF A DEVELOPER1S <br />SITE PLAN AGREEMENT WITH <br />THE CORPORATION OF THE <br />TOWN OF ESSEX <br /> <br />WHEREAS the County of Essex has made an application to the <br />Town of Essex to develop certain lands on Queen Street lying in part of <br />Lot 8, Registered Plan 202, in the Town of Essex, in the County of Essex <br />for the purposes of constructing an Emergency Medical Services Station; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS the Town of Essex has granted this application <br />on certain terms and conditions as set out in the Developer's Site Plan <br />Agreement as attached; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF <br />THE COUNTY OF ESSEX HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the Corporation of the County of Essex enter into a <br />Developer's Site Plan Agreement with the Corporation of the <br />Town of Essex regarding the development of an Emergency <br />Medical Services Station on part of Lot 8, Registered Plan <br />202, in the Town of Essex, in the County of Essex, a copy of <br />which Agreement is attached hereto and forms a part of this <br />By-law. <br /> <br />2. That the Warden and the Clerk be and the same are hereby <br />authorized to execute the said Developer's Site Plan <br />Agreement on behalf of the County of Essex and affix the <br />County's seal thereto, as well as any and all other <br />documents that may be necessary to give effect to the <br />terms of the said Agreement. <br /> <br />3. This By-law shall come into force on the final passing <br />thereof. <br /> <br />Read a first and second time and FINALLY PASSED <br />this 15th day of July, 2009. <br />
