THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX <br />BY -LAW NUMBER 61 -2008 <br />A BY -LAW AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LEASE <br />EXTENSION AND AMENDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />ONTARIO REALTY CORPORATION, ACTING AS AGENT ON <br />BEHALF OF HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN IN RIGHT OF <br />ONTARIO AS REPRESENTED BY THE MINISTER OF PUBLIC <br />INFRASTRUCTURE RENEWAL AND THE CORPORATION OF <br />THE COUNTY OF ESSEX <br />WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to execute a Lease Extension and Amending <br />Agreement, for the period January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2009, between the <br />Ontario Realty Corporation, acting as agent on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen <br />in Right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Public Infrastructure <br />Renewal and the Corporation of the County of Essex for the leasing of the <br />building and lands, including all improvements, located at 2620 Dougall Avenue, <br />Windsor, Ontario, for the provision of land ambulance services; <br />NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex <br />enacts as follows: <br />1- THAT the Warden and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to <br />execute the Lease Extension and Amending Agreement between the <br />Ontario Realty Corporation, acting as agent on behalf of Her Majesty <br />the Queen in Right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Public <br />.Infrastructure Renewal and the Corporation of the County of Essex, a <br />copy of which is attached hereto. <br />2.
