THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX <br />BY -LAW NUMBER 63 -2007 <br />A BY -LAW AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LEASE <br />EXTENSION AND AMENDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE ONTARIO REALTY CORPORATION, ACTING AS <br />AGENT ON BEHALF OF HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN IN <br />RIGHT OF ONTARIO AS REPRESENTED BY THE MINISTER <br />OF PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE RENEWAL AND THE <br />, CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX <br />WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to execute a Lease Extension and Amending <br />Agreement, for the period January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2007, between the <br />Ontario Realty Corporation, acting as agent on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen <br />in Right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Public Infrastructure <br />Renewal and the Corporation of the County of Essex for the leasing of the <br />building and lands, including all improvements, located at 2620 Dougall Avenue, <br />Windsor, Ontario, for the provision of land ambulance services; <br />NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex <br />enacts as follows: <br />THAT the Warden and Cleric be and they are hereby authorized to <br />execute the Lease Extension and Amending Agreement between the <br />Ontario Realty Corporation, acting as agent on behalf of Her Majesty <br />the Queen in Right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Public <br />Infrastructure Renewal and the Corporation of the County of Essex, a <br />copy of which is attached hereto. <br />2.
