<br />THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX <br /> <br />BY-LAW # 61-2006 <br /> <br />A BY-LAW AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LEASE <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CORPORATION OF THE <br />COUNTY OF ESSEX AND RICHARD AND PAULINE LEBERT <br /> <br />WHEREAS Richard and Pauline Lebert ("the Lessors") are the registered owners <br />oflands described as Part of Lot 11, Concession 1 East Belle River, as in R839266, <br />except Part 1 on Plan 12R-18256, Parts 1 and 2 on Plan 12R-18113 and Parts 1,2 and 3 <br />on Plan 12R-20019, in the Town of Lakeshore (formerly the Township of Rochester) in <br />the County of Essex, together with all buildings and structures erected thereon; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS the Lessors have agreed to lease the southwest comer of the <br />said lands, with the building, parking area and driveway access thereto on the terms and <br />conditions set out in the Agreement appended hereto; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS The Corporation of the County of Essex ("the Lessee") deems <br />it expedient to lease certain premises of the said lands including a building (consisting of <br />5 garage bays, a storage bay, clean up areas and office, and washroom facilities) parking <br />area and an access driveway thereto, for the purpose of operating an ambulance base; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex <br />enacts as follows: <br /> <br />1. THAT the Warden and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute the <br />said Lease Agreement between the Corporation of the County of Essex and <br />Richard and Pauline Lebert. <br /> <br />2.
