THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX <br />BY -LAW # 24 -2003 <br />A BY -LAW TO DECLARE LAND OWNED BY THE <br />CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX TO <br />BE SURPLUS TO THE NEEDS OF THE <br />CORPORATION. <br />WHEREAS The Corporation of the County of Essex on the 21 st day of May, 2003 <br />adopted By -law Number 19 -2003, establishing procedures governing the sale of land; <br />AND WHEREAS The Corporation of the County of Essex, on the 7` day of May, <br />2003, adopted resolution 28/03 of the Community Services Committee — Roads <br />Section declaring a parcel of land in Registered Plan 165, shown as Parts 1, 2 and 6 of <br />Plan 12R -20544 on the plan of survey dated June 13, 2003 (attached as Schedule <br />'A'), in the Town of Lakeshore (formerly Township of Rochester) and more fully <br />described on Schedule `B'. <br />NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex enacts as <br />follows: <br />1. THAT the Corporation of the County of Essex deems the lands shown as <br />Parts 1, 2 and 6 of Plan 12R -20544 on the plan of survey dated June 13, <br />2003 (attached as Schedule `A') and more fully described on Schedule <br />`B', to be surplus to the needs of the Corporation. <br />2. THAT the said surplus lands be sold in accordance with the procedures <br />governing the sale of real property established in By -law Number 19- <br />2003. <br />3.
