THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX BY -LAW NUMBER 06 -2003 A BY -LAW AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN COSTANTINO DI MENNA, MICHELINA DI MENNA, MARIO DI MENNA, ELENA DI MENNA, THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINGSVILLE AND THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX WHEREAS Costantino Di Menna, Michelin Di Menna, Mario Di Menna and Elena Di Menna (hereinafter called the Licensees) have applied to the Corporation of the Town of Kingsville and the Corporation of the County of Essex for permission to continue the encroachment of an entrance wall and ancillary landscaping, for the life of the structure only, which marks the entrance into the subdivision known as Di Menna Estates, being Part Lots 8 and 9, Concession 1, Eastern Division, Town of Kingsville, County of Essex, now designated as Plan 12M -456; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex has agreed to grant such permission on certain terms and conditions; NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: That permission be granted to the Licensees to continue the encroachment of an entrance wall and ancillary landscaping, for the life of the structure only, which marks the entrance into the subdivision known as Di Menna Estates, being Part Lots 8 and 9, Concession 1, Eastern Division, Town of Kingsville, County of Essex, now designated as Plan 12M -456, subject to the execution of Agreements with regard to the said encroachment, a copy of which Agreement is attached hereto and forms part of this By -law. 2. The Warden and the Clerk of the Corporation are hereby authorized to execute any and all documents necessary to give effect to this By -law. 3.
