THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX <br /> <br />BY-LAW NUMBER 27-2001 <br /> <br />A BY-LAW TO DECLARE REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY <br />THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX TO BE <br />SURPLUS TO THE NEEDS OF THE CORPORATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS The Corporation of the County of Essex on the 18th day of June, 1997 <br />adopted By-law Number 3274-97, establishing procedures governing the sale of real <br />property; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS The CorPoration of the County of Essex, on the 18th day of July 2001, <br />adopted resolution number 46/01 of the Community Services Committee - Roads <br />Section declaring gravel pit lands located on North side of County Road 18, Part of <br />Farm Lot 22 E.D., Concession 4, in the Town of Kingsville (formerly Township of <br />Gosfield South), to be surplus to the needs of the Corporation <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex enacts as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. THAT the Corporation of the County of Essex deems the lands located on the <br />North side of County Road 18, Part of Farm Lot 22 E.D., Concession 4, in the Town of <br />Kingsville (formerly Township of Gosfield South), as shown on the plan of survey <br />dated January 27, 1960, attached hereto as Schedule 'A', and more fully described on <br />Schedule 'B', attached hereto, to be surplus to the needs of the Corporation. <br /> <br />2. THAT the said surplus lands be sold in accordance with the procedures <br />governing the sale of real property established in By-law Number 3274-97. <br /> <br /> o <br /> <br />2001. <br /> <br />This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the 15th day of August, <br /> ~ARDEN. <br /> <br />MAI~Y S.(pR~-NNAN, CLERK <br /> <br /> <br />
