r ~ THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX BY-LAW # 45-99 A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW # 31-99 BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN, IN RIGHT OF ONTARIO, AS REPRESENTED BY THE MINISTER OF HEALTH AND LONG-TERM CARE AND THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX, SUN PARLOR HOME FOR SENIOR CITIZENS - COMMUNITY SUPPORT HOME, AMHERSTBURG. WHEREAS The Corporation of the County of Essex has entered into along-Term Care Facility Service Agreement for the Community Support Home, Amherstburg, with Her Majesty the Queen, in right of Ontario, as represented by the Minister of Health and Long-Term Care, and the Corporation of the County of Essex, for the term April 1, 1997 to March 31, 1998, under the authority of By-law # 31-99; AND WHEREAS subject to the terms of the said Agreement, the Agreement shall automatically be renewed, for a year at a time, beginning April ls`, 1998 and ending March 31~` of each subsequent calendar year until the agreement is terminated by either party; AND WHEREAS the Legal Agreement Schedule 1 (Budget) and Schedule 2 (Service Plan) must be submitted by the Corporation of the County of Essex to the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care for each fiscal period, being April l to March 31 of the subsequent calendar year. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex enacts as follows: 1. THAT the Warden and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute the revised Schedule 1 (Budget) and Schedule 2 (Service Plan) of an agreement between Her Majesty the Queen, in right of Ontario, as represented by the Minister of Health and Long-Term Care, and the Corporation of the County of Essex, for each fiscal period commencing with the fiscal period April 1, 1998 to March 31, 1999 and continuing for each fiscal year until the said Agreement is terminated. 2. This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the 20~' day of October 1999.
