THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX <br /> <br />BY-LAW NUMBER 3242-96 <br /> <br />A BY-LAW AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN <br />ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT WITH CHRISTOPHER <br />CHALMERS AND TAMMY CHALMERS AND ROSEMARY VAN <br />DEN DRIESSCHE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS Christopher Chalmers and Tammy Chalmers and <br />Rosemary Van Den Driessche have applied to the Corporation of the County <br />of Essex for permission to continue the encroachment of a one storey frame <br />dwelling, wooden deck, concrete drive and a concrete retaining wall at the <br />Municipal address of 1045 Point Pelee Drive, Township of Mersea, onto <br />County Road No. 33. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to grant this request on <br />certain terms and conditions; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF <br />THE COUNTY OF ESSEX HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That permission to be granted to Christopher Chalmers and Tammy <br />Chalmers and Rosemary Van Den Driessche has applied to the <br />Corporation of the County of Essex for permission to continue the <br />encroachment of a one storey frame dwelling, wooden deck, concrete <br />drive and a concrete retaining wall at the Munidpal address of 1045 Point <br />Pelee Drive, Township of Mersea, onto County Road No. 33 subject to the <br />execution of an Agreement with regard to the said encroachment, a copy <br />of which Agreement is attached hereto and forms a part of this By-law. <br /> <br />The Warden and the Clerk of the Corporation of the County of Essex be <br />and they are hereby authorized to execute any and all documents <br />necessary to give effect to this By-law. <br /> <br />3. This By-law will come into force and take effect on the final passing <br /> thereof. <br /> <br /> FINALLY PASSED THIS 17th <br />19 96. <br /> <br />day of July <br /> <br /> <br />
