THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX BY-LAW NUMBER 3211-95 A BY-LAW OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX FOR THE PURPOSE OF APPOINTING A COUNTY HOME COMMITTEE FOR THE YEARS AS LISTED THEREIN. WHEREAS, the Home for the Aged and Rest Homes Act, R.S.O. 1990, being Chapter H.13, Section 8, subsection (1) provides that a County Council shall by by-law appoint three of five persons, resident of the County of Essex, who need not be members of the County Council, who shall constitute a committee for the purpose of providing for the maintenance, care and management of the Sun Parlor Home for Senior Citizens of the County of Essex. BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED and it is hereby enacted by the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex as follows: THAT Tom Bain be appointed and he is hereby appointed a member of the Essex County Sun Parlor Home Committee for a year, commencing December 13, 1995. THAT Jim Ross be appointed and he is hereby appointed a member of the Essex County Sun Parlor Home Committee for the term of two years, commencing December 13, 1995. o THAT Henry DeYong be appointed and he is hereby appointed a member of the Essex County Sun Parlor Home Committee for the term of three years, commencing December 13, 1995. o THAT Peter Timmins be appointed and he is hereby appointed a member of the Essex County Sun Parlor Home Committee for the term of four years, commencing December 13, 1995. THAT Carl Davison be appointed and he is hereby appointed a member of the Essex County Sun Parlor Home Committee for the term of five years, commencing December 13, 1995. THAT the Warden of Essex County by virtue of his office be a member of the Essex County Sun Parlor Home Committee for a year, commencing December 13, 1995. All other by-laws inconsistent to this by-law are hereby repealed.
