T H I S A G R E E M E N T made this 14th day of December, 1989. BETWEEN: THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX, Hereinafter called the APPLICANT of the FIRST PART - and - THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF WINDSOR, Hereinafter called the CORPORATION of the SECOND PART WHEREAS the Applicant has applied to the Corporation for permission to connect the internal fire-alarm system installed in the Tecumseh Area Day Care Centre, 975 Lesperance Road, Tecumseh, Ontario, remote station fire-alarm unit located Department of the City of Windsor. to the Corporation's multi-circuit at the Headquarters of the Fire AND WHEREAS the Corporation has agreed to grant such permission upon the terms hereinafter contained. THEREFORE THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH that in consideration of the premises and the granting of the permission applied for, the parties hereto undertake and agree as follows: 1. The Applicant hereby covenants and agrees to pay to the Corporation respecting the connection of the internal fire-al arm system installed in the premises hereinafter described, to the Corporation's multi-circuit remote station fire-alarm unit located at the Headquarters of the Fire Department of the City of Windsor, the following charges: With respect to the premises at 975 Lesperance Road, Tecumseh, Ontario, a connection charge and a service charge in the total amount of $260.00, which shall become due and payable upon the execution of this agreement for the current year; and, a total annual service charge of $120.00, which shall become due and payable upon the first day of January, in each succeeding year during the term of this agreement. The Applicant further agrees that the amount of the annual service charge may be varied in accordance with the rate fixed by the Council of the Corporation from time to time for internal fire alarm connections.
