BY-LAW NUMBER 2596 A BY-LAW TO ESTABLISH THE DISTRIBUTION OF MEMBERS ON THE ESSEX COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION TO BE ELECTED BY THE PUBLIC AND SEPARATE SCHOOL ELECTORS. WHEREAS, subsection 2 (c) of Section 59 of The Education Act, R. S. O. 1980 provides that there shall be eighteen (18) members on the Essex County Board of Education; AND WHEREAS, subsections 4, 5, 9, 23, and 32 of Section 59 of The Education Act, R. S. O. 1980 provides for the number of members to be elected by the public and separate school electors, and requires the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex to determine the municipality or municipalities represented by each member to the said Board of Education for an effective period of three (3) years; AND WHEREAS, the current determination has expired; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex enacts as follows: THAT the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex hereby determines that the municipality or municipalities to be represented by each member to be elected in the school division of the County of Essex by the public school electors thereof shall be as more particularly setforth in Schedule "A" hereto annexed. THAT the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex hereby determines that the municipality or municipalities to be represented by each member to be elected in the school division of the County of Essex by the separate school electors thereof shall be as more particularly setforth in Schedule B hereto annexed. THAT the determination made in paragraph (1) and (2) of this By-law shall be effective for a period of three (3) years commencing September 1, 1985, or until such other period as determined by the provisions of subsection 7 of Section 59 of The Education Act, R.
