THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX BY-LAW NUMBER 2460 A BY-LAW AUTHORIZING THE CORPOPO~TION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX TO EXECUTE A DEED DATED THE 5th. DAY OF OCTOBER, 1981, TO THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF WINDSOR, IN THE COUNTY OF ESSEX, A COPY OF WHICH IS ANNEXED HERETO AS SCHEDULE "A". WHEREAS The Corporation of the County of Essex, by By-law Number 1906, authomized the borrowing of $210,000.00 on Debentures for the purpose of a grant to The Roman Catholic Children's Aid Society of the County of Essex. AND WHEREAS The Roman Catholic Children's Aid Society of the County of Essex did convey to The Corporation of the County of Essex, Part of Lot 94, Concession One, in the said City of Windsor, by Deed dated the llth. day of June, 1969 and registered the 2nd. day of July, 1971, as Instrument Number 503823. AND WHEREAS by By-law Number 1947, The Corporation of the Countyof Essex did enter into a Lease and Supplementary Agreement dated the 1st. day of October, 1970, with The Roman Catholic Children's Aid Society of the County of Essex, for said Part of Lot 94, Concession One. AND WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Windsor requires Part of said Lot 94, Concession One, designated as Part One on a Reference Plan deposited in the Registry Offic~ for the County of Essex (No. 12) as Number 12R-6505, for the widening of Riverside Drive East. AND WHEREAS The Roman Catholic Children's Aid Society of the County of Essex has entered into an agreement to transfer said Part One, Reference Plan 12R-6505, to The Corporationof the City of Windsor, for the sum of $20,190.00. AND WHEREAS by paragraph 13 of the said Lease and Supplemen- tary Agreement dated the 1st. day of October, 1970, The Corporation of the County of Essex agreed to not sell the lands described in Instrument Number 503823 without the consent of The Roman Catholic Children's Aid Society 'of the County of Essex.
