BY-LAW NUMBER 2432 A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE T}{E EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX AND HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN, IN RIGHT OF THE MINISTER OF THE ENVIRONMENT, DATED May 13 , 198i WHEREAS is deemed expedient to execute an Agreement between the Corporation of the County of Essex and Her Majesty the Queen, In Right of the Minister of the Environment, for protection and conservation of the natural environment by carrying out the work of site upgrading at Essex County Landfill #2, Township of Gosfield South, Lots 12 and 13, Concession 2ED. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex enacts as follows: THAT the Corporation of the County of Essex and Her Majesty The Queen, in right of the Province of Ontario as represented by the Minister of the Environment, enter into an agreement generally in the form annexed as Schedule "A", to provide for payment to the Corporation of the County of Essex of some or all of the costs of the Municipality incurred in connection with providing improvements to the Waste Management Site described in Schedule "A". 2. The Warden is authorized to approve of the final form of the agreement annexed as Schedule "A".
