BY-LAW NUMBER 2418 A BY-LAW AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED FROM THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX TO T~C~RPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX, THE ESSEX COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION, THE ESSEX COUNTY ROMAN CATHOLIC SEPARATE SCHOOL BOARD, AND THE ESSEX REGION CONSERVATION AUTHORITY. WHEREAS the Essex Region Conservation Authority has entered into a Lease for part of the building known as the "Essex County Civic and Education Centre". AND WHEREAS the Ministry of Natural Resources requires that the Essex Region Conservation Authority be named in the Deed to the lands hereinafter described. The said building is situate on the lands described as follows: "THOSE lands and premises located in the following municipality, namely, in the Town of Essex (formerly in the Township of Colchester North), in the County of Essex and Province of Ontario, and being composed of part of the South Half of Farm Lot Two Hundred and Eighty-One (281), South of the Talbot Road in the said Town of Essex designated as Part One (1) on a Reference Plan deposited in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of Essex (No. 12) as Number 12R-884, on July 5th, 1973". NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: THAT the Warden and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute, in quadruplicate, the Deed between The Corporation of the County of Essex and the said The Corporation of the County of Essex, The Essex County Board of Education, The Essex County Roman Catholic Separate School Board, and The Essex Region Conservation Authority, dated the 12th day of January , 1981, a copy of which is hereto annexed, and to affix thereto the seal of the Corporation. THAT this By-law shall come into force and take effect upon the final passing thereof.
