THIS AGREEMENT MADE 1980 IN TRIPLICATE THIS DAY OF September BETWEEN: THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX hereinafter called the County OF THE FIRST PART - AND - MALDEN CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTRE LASALLE, ONTARIO (MRS. KAYE HOLMES) OF THE SECOND PART WHEREAS THE DAY NURSERIES ACT R.S.O. 1970, hereinafter called "Act" authorizes the County to enter into an agreement with any person operating a licensed day nursery for the furnishing of such day nursery services for such children as is agreed upon and for making such expenditure as are necessary for that purpose. AND WHEREAS the Operator within the County of Essex.
