THE CORPORATION OF THE <br /> COUNTY OF ESSEX <br /> <br /> FORM OF AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> FOR <br /> <br />SEISMIC EXPLORATION ALONG COUNTY ROADS <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT made in triplicate this 26th <br />BETWEEN: <br /> <br /> THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX <br /> (hereinafter called "The Corporation") <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />CAN GEO LTD. OF OIL SPRINGS, ONTARIO <br />(hereinafter called "The Applicant") <br /> <br />day of Ma~-cl~ , 1980. <br /> <br />OF THE FIRST PART <br /> <br />OF THE SECOND PART <br /> <br />WITNESSETH <br /> <br />That the Corporation and the Applicant in consideration of the fulfillment <br />of their respective promises and obligations herein set forth, covenant <br />and agree with each other as follows: <br /> <br /> That the Applicant, its successors and assigns, be and it is <br /> hereby authorized to carry out seismic explorations within the <br /> rights-of-way of roads under the jurisdcition of the County of <br /> Essex, upon the following terms and conditions, namely, <br /> <br /> (a) That from time to time'before undertaking such seismic <br /> explorations within County rights-of-way the Applicant <br /> shall file with the Essex County Engineer: <br /> <br /> (i) A plan prepared to scar showing the proposed <br /> location of exploration; <br /> <br /> (ii) Information on the proposed methods of carrying <br /> out the explorations and of restoring areas <br /> disturbed by the exploration work <br /> <br /> No work shall be performed by the applicant under the terms of <br /> this Agreement on County rights-of-way unless the approval of the <br /> County Engineer is obtained in writing. As soon as received the <br /> County Engineer will consider the proposed plans and methods, and <br /> will approve or disapprove of the same within ten (10) days of <br /> receipt thereof, and will so notify the Applicant accordingly. <br /> <br /> (b) That the Applicant, its successors and assigns will carry <br /> out the seismic explorations in such manner as to cause a <br /> minimum of inconvenience to traffic, and a minimum of <br /> <br /> <br />
