r,, ]lie BY-LAW NUMBER A By-Law authorizing the execution of a Deed from The Corporation of the County of Essex to Donald Masse and Louise Masse, conveying Part Two (2) on a Reference Plan Number 12R-5801. WHEREAS The Windsor Suburban Roads Commission passed the following resolution on the 21st. day of December, 1979: .... THAT the Windsor Suburban Roads Commission accept the offer from Mr. Don Masse to convey to the County 1,323 square'feet, on Walker Road #11SA at Windsor Suburban Roads Commission #8SA in addition to a cash consideration of $3,000.00 and further that the County will convey to Mr. Masse 4,966 square feet; and Mr. Masse will relocate the pump station, subject to the County Engineer's approval and further that upon re- moval of the underground tanks the property will be levelled and restored to the original condi- tion; and also that a site plan be submitted, as well as the application to the Committee of Adjustment to sever this land; and further that all expenses be paid by the purchaser. CARRIED. AND WHEREAS the lands to be conveyed by the said Deed are not required for highway purposes. AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to confirm and complete the contract initiated by the Windsor Suburban Commission. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the Warden and Clerk be and they are hereby author- ized to execute, in quadruplicate, the Deed betwee9 The Corporation of the County of Essex and Donald Masse and Louise Masse, dated the 12th. day of February, 1980, a copy of which is hereto annexed, and to affix thereto the seal of the Corporation. 2.
