THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX <br /> BY-LAW NUMBER 2336 <br /> <br />A BY-LAW CONSENTING TO THE PASSING OF A BY-LAW TO <br />STOP UP AND CLOSE THAT PART OF THE MIDDLE SIDEROAD, <br />WEST OF THE KING'S HIGHWAY NUMBER 18, BY THE TOWNSHIP <br />OF ANDERDON. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS the Corporation of the County of Essex has been notified <br />of the intent of the Corporation of the Township of Anderdon to pass a By-law <br />to stop up and close that part of the Middle Sideroad, west of The King's <br />Highway Number 18; <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS the Corporation of the County of Essex has no objections <br />to the passing of such a By-law by the Corporation of the Township of Anderdon; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX ENACTS AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 443 (6c) of The Municipal <br />Act, R. S. O. 1970, Chapter 284, The Corporation of the County of Essex <br />consents to the passing of a By-law by The Corporation of the Township of <br />Anderdon to stop up and close that part of the Middle Sideroad, west of the <br />King's Highway Number 18, more particularly described as the road allowance <br />lying between lots 18 and 19, Concession 1, in the Township of Anderdon, <br />designated as Part 1 on a Reference Plan deposited in the Registry Office <br />in the County of Essex (No. 12) as Number 12R-4589. <br /> <br /> 2.
