THIS LEASE made in triplicate the 26t.h day of ~~ i M -rit .~ ..,, BY-LAW NUMBER 2334 A.D. 19 ~g A BY-LAW AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LEASE BETWEEN THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX AND FARM CREDIT CORPORATION DATED THE 26TH DAY OF MARCH, 1979. WHEREAS the Corporation of the County of Essex has heretofor entered into an Agreement to lease part of the second floor of the Essex County Civic and Education Centre to Farm Credit Corporation. NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the County of Essex enacts as follows: 1. THAT the Warden and the Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute, in quintuplet, the Lease between The Corporation of The County of Essex and Farm Credit Corporation, dated the 26th day of March, 1979, a copy of which is hereto annexed, and to affix hereto the seal of the Corporation. 2. THAT this By-law shall come into force and take effect upon the final passing thereof. FINALLY passed this 16th day of May, A.
