made in duplicate the 1st day of February 19 79 <br /> <br />THE COP, PORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX <br /> <br />hereinafter called the LESSOR of the FIRST PART and <br /> <br />THE WINDSOR RADIO CONTROL FLYERS <br /> <br />hereinafter called the LESSEE of the SECOND PART <br /> <br />~Ilih~e~iell~ that in consideration of the Rents, Covenants and Agreements hereinafter <br />respectively reserved and contained on the part of the said Lessee to be respectively paid, <br />observed and performed, the said Lessor hath demised and leased and by these presents <br />DOTII demise and LEASE unto the said Lessee ALL THAT messuage and tenement <br />situate, lying and being in the Township of Maidstone, in the County of Essex, <br />in the Province of Ontario and being composed of Part of Farm Lot 15 in <br />the 4th Concession of the said Township, containing by admeasurement <br />8 acres, more or less, and which said parcel may be particularly described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at a point in the westerly limit of the road allowance <br />between Concession 3 and 4 where it is intersected by the limit between <br />Farm Lots 15 and 16; <br /> <br />THENCE north two degrees thirty minutes east (N. 2° 30' W.) along the <br />said westerly limit of the road allowance, nine hundred and ninety-two <br />feet (992') to a point which is the POINT OF COMMENCEMENT; <br /> <br />THENCE north eighty-seven degrees thirty-nine minutes thirty seconds <br />west (N. 87o 39' 30" W.) seven hundred and three and three-tenths feet <br />(703.3') to a point in the said westerly limit of the road allowance; <br /> <br />THENCE north two degrees thirty minutes east (N. 2° 30' E.) four hundred <br />and ninety-six feet (496') to the point of commencement; <br /> <br />BEARINGS are referred to the southern limit of the King's Highway #2, <br />shown as north eighty-seven degrees forty-nine minutes thirty seconds <br />west (N. 87° 49' 30" W.) according to Deposit Plan No. 4321. <br /> <br />(hereinafter called the "premises"), upon the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br /> <br />
