THIS INDENTURE made the 12th day of July, 1978. <br />In Pursuance of the Short Forms of Leases Act. <br />BETWEEN: <br />COUNTY OF ESSEX, <br />Hereinafter called the LESSOR <br />OF THE FIRST PART <br />- and - <br />F. E. ROWELL LIMITED, a corporation <br />duly incorporated under the laws of <br />the Province of Ontario carrying on <br />business under the firm name and style <br />of Oxford Communications <br />Hereinafter called the LESSEE <br />OF THE SECOND PART <br />WITNESSETH that in consideration of the rents, covenants and <br />agreements hereinafter reserved and contained on the part of <br />the Lessee, the Lessor does demise and lease unto the Lessee, <br />its successors and assigns, all that messuage or tenement <br />situtate, lying and being in the Township of Mersea, in the <br />County of Essex and Province of Ontario, and including space <br />on a communications tower located at 42 degrees, 4 minutes, <br />20 seconds North latitude and 82 degrees, 39 minutes, 18 seconds <br />West longtitude for the purpose of mounting two communications <br />antennas in accordance with the sketch attached hereto and <br />to further include space in the adjacent building suitable to <br />house associated electronics equipment to a maximum of two <br />radio units and duplexer, the provision of electric power by <br />the Lessor, together with the right of ingress and egress to <br />the Lessee for the purpose of installing and maintining its <br />equipment. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said demised premises for and during <br />the term of five years to be computed from the first day of <br />September, 1978 and thenceforth next ensuing and fully to be <br />completed and ended on the 31st day of August, 1983. <br />YIELDING AND PAYING therefor yearly and every year during the <br />term unto the said Lessor the sum of THREE HUNDRED AND SIXTY . <br />($360.00 . . .
