BY-LAWNUMBER 2204 <br /> <br />A BY-LAW OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX TO APPOINT COUNTY <br />MEMBERS TO THE WINDSOR SUBURBAN ROADS COMMISSION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS Essex County Council has passed a By-law adopt- <br />ing a system of County Roads and a Commission known as the Windsor <br />Suburban Roads Commission has been constituted, all in accordance with <br />the provisions of the Highway Improvement Act, R. S. O. 1970 and amendments <br />thereto, and approved by Order-in-Council. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS the term of office of the said Windsor <br />Suburban Roads Commission expires on the first day of January, 1976; <br /> <br /> BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED and it is hereby enacted by the <br />Municipal Council of the County of Essex as follows: <br /> <br />THAT By-law Number 1920 passed by the Council of the <br />Corporation of the County of Essex on the 9th day of <br />December, 1970, be and is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />THAT Mr. Jack McAuliffe be and he is hereby appointed <br />a member of the Windsor Suburban Roads Commission <br />representing the Corporation of the County of Essex. <br /> <br />THAT Mr. Joe Newman be and he is hereby appointed a <br />member of the Windsor Suburban Roads Commission repre- <br />senting the Corporation of the County of Essex. <br /> <br />THAT the members of the Windsor Suburban Roads Commission <br />shall be paid for their services the sum of Thirty <br />Dollars ($30.00) per day and nineteen cents (19¢) per <br />mile each way, and their duties to be those prescribed <br />by Statute. <br /> <br />5.
