BY-LAWNUMBER 2200 <br /> <br /> A BY-LAW TO CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT A LAND DIVISION COMMITTEE. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to constitute and appoint <br />a Land Division Committee as provided by Section 41 (4) (b) of the <br />Planning Act. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the County <br />of Essex enacts as follows:-- <br /> <br /> 1. A Land Division Committee is hereby constituted as of <br />September 1, 1972. <br /> <br /> 2. The following persons are hereby appointed to membership <br />on the Land Division Committee:-- <br /> <br />(1) Mr. Earl Hell to hold office until January 1, 1977. <br /> <br />(2) Mr. Claude Dafoe to hold office until January 1, 1977. <br /> <br />(3) Mr. Gerald Pollard to hold office until January 1, 1978. <br /> <br />(4) Mr. Allan Parr to hold office until January 1, 1978. <br /> <br />(5) Mr. Allan W. Breen to hold office until January 1, 1979. <br /> <br /> 3. The appointed members to the Essex County Land Division <br />Committee shall be paid the same per diem rate per sitting and mileage <br />necessarily driven pertaining to the duties of their office as County Council <br />determines from time to time for County Councillors and Members of its special <br />purpose committees. <br /> <br /> 4. That a Land Division Con~nittee member be allowed an indemnity <br />fee of five dollars ($5.00)per application for the inspection of properties <br />prior to the respective hearing when authorized by the Secretary-Treasurer <br />effective as of February 1, 1973. <br /> <br /> 5. That all other resolutions, parts of resolutions or by-laws <br />inconsistent with this by-law is hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> 6.
