AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT made in duplicate this 12th day of May 19 75 BETWEEN: Intrepid General Limited hereinafter called the "Contractor" AND: THE PARTY OF THE FIRST PART THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX hereinafter called the "Municipality" THE PARTY OF THE SECOND PART WITNESSETH that the Party of the First Part, for and in consideration of the payment or payments specified in the tender for this work, hereby agrees to furnish all necessary machinery, tools, equipment, supplies, labour, and other means of construction, and to the satisfaction of the Engineer, to do all work as described hereafter, furnish all materials except as herein otherwise specified, and to complete such works in strict accordance with the plans, specifications and tender therefore, all of which are to be read herewith and form part of this present agreement as fully and completely to all intents and purposes as though all the stipulations thereof have been embodied herein. DESCRIPTION OF THE WORKS: Construction of Reinforced Concrete intersection of County Rd 15 and 18. Cu!vcrt County Drawinq Number 74-13. THE CONTRACT WILL BE KNOWN AS JOB NO. 8 The Contractor agrees to do the work as and when directed to be done by the Engineer and to complete the same on or before the 30th day of June 1975. IN CONSIDERATION WHEREOF, Said Party of the Second Part agrees to pay to the Contractor for all work done in the manner provided by the specifications of this contract, the unit prices on the tender.
