J BY -LAW NUMBER 2076 A By -law to Authorize the Execution of an Agreement between the Corporation of the County of Essex and The Tilbury Golf & Curling Club, dated the 3rd day of July, 1973. WHEREAS the Corporation of the County of Essex has received a request from the Tilbury Golf and Curling Club for permission to lay, use, and maintain a 2 inch diameter watermain for trans- mission of water on County Road 4146, formerly King's Highway 4198, in Lot 20, Concession S.M.R., Township of Tilbury North; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex granted the said request of The Tilbury Golf & Curling Club by resolution at its June 27th, 1973 Session, in open Council; WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to execute an agreement between the Corporation of the County of Essex and The Tilbury Golf and Curling Club granting the permission to lay, use, and maintain a 2 inch diameter watermain for transmission of water on County Road 4146, formerly King's Highway 4198, in Lot 20, Concession S.M.R., Township of Tilbury North; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex enacts as follows; - (1) That the Warden and the Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute an Agreement between the Corporation of the County of Essex and The Tilbury Golf and Curling Club, dated July 3rd, 1973, a copy of which is attached hereto, and affix the seal thereto. (2) This By -law shall come into force and take effect upon the final passing thereof.
