The Corporation of the County of Essex By-Law No. 59-2013 A By-L,aw Authorizing the Execution of a Lease Extension Agreement between The Corporation of the County of Essex and Ivan Gyori WHEREAS the Corporation of the C unty of Essex is the owner of lands, inclulding a residential houise, located on Part of Lot 12, Concession 3, 121 17728 Parts 3 - 7, in the Town of Kingsville, former Township of Gosfield South, municipally known as 1941 County Road 18, ("Leased Premises"); AND WH EREAS, pursuaint to a Lease dated the 17th, day of September, 2008, between The Corporation of the County of Essex, as landlord, (the "Laindlord") and Ivan Gyolri, as the tenant (the "Tenant"), the Landlord demised and leased uinto the Tenant the Leased Premiis,e,s (ais, defined in the Leais,e), for a term of two (5) years commencing oin the I't, day of October, 201 8 end expiring on the 3 Oth, day of September, 2013 ("Original Lease""); AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to execute a Lease Extension Agreement, for a term commencing on t r 1"', 2013 to June 3 Oth, 2014, between the Landlord and Tenant, on, the same terms and conditions, as contained in the Original Lease. N�ow therefore the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex hereby enacts as follows: 1,, That the Warden end Clerk, be, and they ere hereby a!uthorized to execute the Lease Extension Agreement between Ivan Gyorl and the Corporation of the County of Essex, a copy of which is attached hereto and affix the Corporate Seal thereto. 2 This By-law shall come into faire and take effect after the final passing.Read a first and second time and finally passed this 18 day of September, 2 013.
