The Corporation of the County Of Essex By-L,aw No. 58-2013 Being a By-law it the i Council l r r ti of the t Whereas under Section 3(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O 2001, c..25 as, arrneunded, the powers of a municipality shall be exercised by its Council; and Whereas under Section " (3) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.0. 2001, o.25 as amended, a municipal power, including a rnn,uunicipality' capacity, rights, powers and privfleges under Section 8 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.0 . 2001, c.25 as amended, shall be exercised by by-lance unless the municipality is specifically authorized to do otherwise; and, Whereas it is deemed expedient that the proceedings of the ouuncH of The Corporation of the County of Essex, at this meeting be confirmed and adopted by by-law; Now therefore l of the Corporation the County r enacts 1. That the actions of the Council l of The Corporation of the County of Essex in respect of all recommendations in reports of committees,, ail motions and resolutions and all other action passed and taken by the Council of The Corporation of the County of Essex, documents and transactions entered into during the September 4th°, 2013, Regular Meeting of Council, is hereby adopted and confirmed, as if the same were expressly embodied in this By-law. 3a 'hat the Warden and proper officials of The Corporation, of the County of Essex are hereby authorized and directed to do all the thiirn gs necessary to give effect to the action, of the Council of he Corporation of the County of Essex during the said Septerunber t[,, 2013, Regular Meeting i referred to in Section 1 of this By- law. 3. 'That the Warden and the Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute all documents necessary to the action taken by this Council as described in Section I of this Bay-lane and to affix the Corporate Seal o "The Corporation of the County of Essex to all documents referred to in said Section 1.
