THE CORPOi{ATIOiJ OU TIiE COU~TY OF ESoE,~ BY-LAI~7 N UI~B E R 1926 A by-law to authorize the execution of a Deed between The Corporation of the County of Essex and the Corporation of the City of Windsor as Grantors and Her ~4ajesty the Queen, in the right of Ontario, represented by the Minister of Public Works, as Grantee, dated the lst.day of January, 1969. WHEREAS by agreement dated the 25~ day of ~y, 1961 as amended by an agreement dated the 28th day of November, 1962, The Corporation of the City of Windsor agreed to convey the lands described in the Deed annexed hereto to The Corporation of the County of Essex to be i]eld in trust for the erection of a ouilding for purposes respecting the administration of justice, AMD WHEREAS the Court House of the County of Essex was erected on the said lands. AHD WHEREAS by agreement dated the 13th day of Nove3zaber~ 1968 The Corporation of the County of Essex and ~e Corporation of the City of Windsor agreed to convey the said lands in fee simple to Her Majesty the Queen, in the right of Ontario~ represented by the Minister of Public Works, upon.the terms and conditions set out ~lerein.. AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to execute the said Deed in order to comply with the provisions of the said Agreement dated November 13th, 1968. NOW.THEP~FO~ THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX ~ACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1.
