BY-LAW NUMBER 1914 A By-LAW AUTHORIZING THE EXEcuTION OF A DEED BETWEEN THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX AND HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN IN THE RIGHT OF THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO, REPRESENTED BY THE MINISTER OF HIOHWAY$ FOR THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO, DATED THE 1ST DAY OF OCTOBER, 1970. WHEREAS the Corporation of the County of Essex has entered into an Agreement with Her Majesty The Queen, in the right of the Province of Ontario, represented by the Minister of Highways for the Province for the sale of lands beini that portion of Lot 242, Concession North of the Talbot Road in the Township of Mersea, in the County of Essex, shown as Part 7 on Department of Highways Plan P-4090-6, deposited in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of the County of Essex, on the 31st day of July, 1970, as Plan Number RD-276. ANDWHEREAS it is deemed expedient to execute .the Deed annexed hereto for the purpose of completing the said arrangements. .NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE COb~ffY OF ESSEX enacts as follows: (1) That the Warden and the Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute the Deed, dated the first day of October, 1970, hereto attached, and to affix thereto the seal of the Corporation. (2) This By-law shall comm into force and take effect upon the final passing ~hereof. Finally passed this 4th day of November, A.
