BY-LAW NUMBER 1914 <br /> <br />A By-LAW AUTHORIZING THE EXEcuTION OF A DEED BETWEEN THE <br />CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX AND HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN <br />IN THE RIGHT OF THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO, REPRESENTED BY THE <br />MINISTER OF HIOHWAY$ FOR THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO, DATED THE <br />1ST DAY OF OCTOBER, 1970. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS the Corporation of the County of Essex has <br />entered into an Agreement with Her Majesty The Queen, in the right <br />of the Province of Ontario, represented by the Minister of Highways <br />for the Province for the sale of lands beini that portion of Lot 242, <br />Concession North of the Talbot Road in the Township of Mersea, in the <br />County of Essex, shown as Part 7 on Department of Highways Plan P-4090-6, <br />deposited in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of the County <br />of Essex, on the 31st day of July, 1970, as Plan Number RD-276. <br /> ANDWHEREAS it is deemed expedient to execute .the <br />Deed annexed hereto for the purpose of completing the said arrangements. <br /> .NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF <br /> THE COb~ffY OF ESSEX enacts as follows: <br /> <br />(1) That the Warden and the Clerk be and they are <br /> hereby authorized to execute the Deed, dated the <br /> first day of October, 1970, hereto attached, and <br /> to affix thereto the seal of the Corporation. <br /> <br />(2) This By-law shall comm into force and take effect <br /> upon the final passing ~hereof. <br /> <br />Finally passed this 4th day of November, A.
