~HE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX <br /> BY-LAW NUMBER ~1900 <br /> <br /> A by-law to authorize the executien of a <br /> Tax Deed between The Corporation of the <br /> CounTM of Essex and Charles Miernickie and <br /> Margaret Duby~ dated the 19th day of May~1970, <br /> <br /> WS~EREAS by Warrant undez the hand of the Warden and <br />seal of The Corporation of the County of Essex bearing date the <br />27th day of August, 1936~ the County did sell by public auction <br />to the above-named persons on the 7th day of December, ~936 <br />Part of Lot 59 in the Seventh Concession of the ToWnship of <br />Anderdon~ in the County of Essex. <br /> <br /> ~ND WHEREAS the Warden and Treasurer of the <br />Corporation of the County of Essex did on the 24th day of January, <br />1938 execute a Tax Deed pursuan~ to the said sals~ which Tax Deed <br />was registered in the Registry Office for the Registry Division <br /> <br />of the County of Essex on the 27th day of January, 1938 as <br /> ship <br />No. 8880 for the Town/of Malden. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS the description in said Tax Deed NO. 8880 <br />was in error. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to execute a <br /> <br /> Deed to Correct dated the 19th day of May, 1970 which is attached <br /> <br />hereto for the <br />sold by virtue <br />August, 1936, <br /> <br /> NOW <br /> <br />COUNTY <br /> <br />1, <br /> <br />purpose of correcting the description of the lands <br />of the said Warrant bearing date the 27th day of <br /> <br /> THER~FORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPO1LATION OF THE <br /> <br />OF ESSEX EN~CTS AS FOLLOWS. <br /> <br /> THAT the Warden and Treasurer be and they are hereby <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />authorized to execute the ~eed to Correct attached hereto and <br />affix thereto the seal o~ the Corporation. <br /> <br /> THIS by--law shall come into force and take <br /> <br />upon <br /> <br />effect <br /> <br /> 1970. <br /> <br /> the final passing thereof. <br /> <br /> FINALLY P~SED this <br /> <br />First reading: /~ <br /> <br />Second reading: ~/~D <br />Third reading: ~/~/~ ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
