THE MU~IICIPAL CORPORATION OF %]tE-TOWi,~SHIP OF TILBUIlY NORTU BY-LAW NUbIBER 2114 a by-law of the Municipal Corporation of the Township of Tilbury North to authorize the closing of part of the Ten (10~) foot east-west alley, wbieh abuts Lots Two Hundred and Seventy-one (271) to ~¢o Hundred and Seventy- nine (279), both inclusive on the south and Lot ~o Hundred and Eighty (280) on the north as shown on Registered Plan No. One Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty-seven (1257) for the To~,~ship of Tilbury North. WHEREAS the Council of the Municipal Corporation of the Township of Tilbury'North has been requested to close p~rt of the Ten (10~) foot east-west alley, which abuts Lots Two Hnndred and Seventy-one (271) to Two H~ndred and Seventy-nine (279), both inclusive on the south and Lot Two Hundred and Eighty (280) on the north as sho~m on Registered Plan No~ One Thousand ~o Hundred and Fifty-seven (1257) for the said To~mship as describe~ in Schedule "~' hereto. AND~CHEIIEAS it is expedient to close that part of the alley above-mentioned and to empower the Reeve to sell the lands; A~D~.~EP~AS a written notice of the Council's intention te pass a by-law to clo~e that part of the alley above-mentioned has been posted uP for one month in six of tha most public places in the immediate neighbonrhood of the said alley~ and on each of the notices so posted ' was set out the part of the alley to be closed as described above; WHEREAS printed notioes giving notice of the Council's intention to pass a bY-law to close those parts of the said street in the said To~msbip of Tilbury North has been published for four consecutive weeks in the Tilbury Times, being a newspaper published in the To~m of Tilbury, in the County o~ Essex and on each of the Said notices sopublished was set out the part of the said alley to be closed as described herein;
