THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX BY-LAW NUMBER 1811 A BY-LAW TO CONFIRM PROCEEDINGS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX AT ALL ITS MEETINGS HELD DURING THE MARCH 5 , 1969~ESSION WHEREAS by Section 9 of The Municipal Act, being Chapter 249 of the Revised Statutes of Ontario, 1960, the powers of a municipal corporation are to be exercised by its council; AND WHEREAS by Subsection i of Section 2&2 of The Municipal Act, being Chapter 249 of the Revised Statutes of Ontario, 1960, the powers of every Council are to be exercised by By-law; AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient that the proceedings of the council of the Corporation of the County of Essex at these meetings be confirmed and adopted by B~-law; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex enacts as follows: 1o That action of the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex in respect of each recommendation contained in the Reports of the Committees and each motion and resolu- tion passed and other action taken by the Council of the Corp- oration of the County of Essex at these meetings is hereby adopted and confirmed as if all such proce~dings were expressly embodied in this By-lawo 2. The Warden and proper officials of the Corp- oration of the County of Essex are hereby authorized and directed to do all things necessary to give effect to the action of the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex referred to in preceding section hereof° 3° The Warden and the Clerk are authorized and directed to execute all documents necessary in that behalf and to affix thereto the seal of the Corporation of the County of Essexo ,~ 1st reading-Maro"~-~9 2nd reading'-~aro ~o~69 ....... 3rd reading-Mar. ~ /69 -- Warden
