Moved by Mr. Langlois, seconded by Mr. Thomas, That Louis be allowed to ddle with a one horse waggon in this county for Foryear, free of any charge, and that the Clerk issue a ceM for the same. Carried. Moved by Mr. Theo. Wigle, seconded by Mr. Shipley, That a Speeiu Committee be appointed, composed of Messrs. Atkin, Bell, and Thomas, o investigate the work done by the Clerk in arranging the papersconneeW with the municipality, and report the amount the clerks uuld receive fa the work performed in the matter.
