<br />%Urews it is necessary to establish a High &:hool in the County of Er sex.
<br />And whereas this Council has been prayed that such High School should he
<br />wAblished at the Village of Essex Centre, in the said County.
<br />And whereas the Education Cornruittee named and appointed at the last Session of
<br />thuCiwncilw investigate and rel,urt as to tite adviaablility of establishing such u
<br />H►o fkhrW and the place where the saute should be established. have reported to
<br />jhnCo+weil that High S3e;hool should be established at the said tillage of Ems=
