S. O. 1960, Chapter 2~9 and a:~end:~:ents thereto authorizes Councils of all municipali- ties to pass by-laws for granting aid for the erection, establishment, maintenance or equipment of public hospitals and to issue debentures therefor; AKO ~'THEREAS'it is deemed expedient to grant to the Essex Health Association operating the I. O. D. E. Hospital in the City of Windsor the sum of $528,000.00 pa),maent of the cost of the addition to I. O. ~. ~. Hospital in the City of ~indsor, which s~a will b e pay- able in ten annual instalments and to issue debentures therefor, without interst, payable annu~lly in the amounts per annum shown in Schedule "A" attached to this By-law; ~v ~,,.~uw, v~,,S deemed expedient to make ~,~O ~,~_,~mA it is vne" p~,c~pal ~ oz~ the said debt repayable in annual i~stal- a~r~ns the period of ten (lOJ.years commencing ~ year following th'e issue of such debentures. .. . ~.~ the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex enacts as follows:- 1. For the purpose aforesaid the'Council of She Corporation of the County of Essex shall grant to the Essex Health Association operating the I. O. 9. E. Hospital in the City of Windsor the sum of $528,000.00 and shall issue debentures therefor in sums per annum shown in SchedUle~'' attached to this by-law; 2. Each debenture shall be payable without interest as set out in the respective years in Schedule ~A" to this by-law. 3. The debentures shall be dated 'the Ist day of ,~ecember, A ~. io6~ .~ and shall be made payable in 'oen (!0) annual instalments on the iSth day of 9ecember in each of the yearst968 to 1977 both inclusive, and the respective amount of principal payable in each of -the ~ ' ~ . saza years shall be the amount so designated in Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of this by- ]_aw. ~.
