27 ` On the Town line between Mersea end Gosfield, the sum of $275, and that Messrs. Malott and Wigle be Commissioners to expend the same. On the Town line betweed Rochester and Goefield, the sum of $139, and that Messrs. Flanigan and Wigle be Commrssroncrs to a :peed 6e same. On the Town line between Gosfield and Colchester and Maid tody the sum of $300, and that Messrs. Chambers, Wigle and Ferris be Com- missioners to expend the same. On the Town line betweenMalden and Anderdon,leading into the Tows, of Amherstburg, the sum of $410, and that Messrs, Kolfage, Delrsle and Cunningham be Commissioners to expend the same. On the Town line between Colchester and Sandwich East, the aura of $65, and that Mr. Montreurl 'oe a Commissioner to expend the same. On the Town line between Colchester, Malden and Anderdos, the sum of $600, and that Messrs. Ferris, Coste and Cunningham be Commis sioners to expend the same. On the Town line between Sandwich East and Sandwich West, the .um of $50, and that Messrs. Villaire and Bondy be Commissioners to expend the same. On the Town line between Maidstone and Sandwich Emit, the son of $200, and that Messrs. Villaire and blontreuil be Commissioners to expend the same. On the Town line between Sandwich West and Anderdon, the one of $0.50, and that Mr. Bondy be a Commissioner to spend the same. UL Be it enacted, that the whole of the above work, so to be done and performed as aforesaid, shall be given out by contract, by public com petition. Sy the said parties duly appointed to superintend the same, oa or before the 1st day of September neat ; and should any one or more of the above mentioned parties fail to be present at the time appointed for the letting of such work-, then any one member of such commigsiosers present may proceed to the letting of the same. 1V. Be it enacted, that all contracts entered into for the performasee of any work to be done under the provisions of this By -law, shall be signed by the Commissioner letting the same on behalf of th3 Corporation, and that all sums due for such work, shall be paid by the County Treasurer upon a certificate being produced, signed by the commissioner or commis - sjoner's letting the carne, of the work of baying been performed according to contract. V. Le it enacted, that the several Commissioners hereby appointed to superintend the letting of any work to be done as aforesaid shall receive three per cent upon all contracts entered into by them, under the provisions Of tLis By -law.
