Pas.ea August 14, 1m. 1Csansus, The census returns of the aninoorporated village of F.seex Centre, with its immediate neighborhood, taken under the direction of the eonneil of the county of E,.toex, show that the same contains over seven hnnelreel and fifty inhabitants. And, whereas, the residences of such inhabitants are sufficiently now to tons VA inMrporsted village. And, whereaa, not less than one hundred reddent freeholders and hov"hol4on of the esid village and neighborhood, of whom not less than one half are freehoNiemby their petition do pray for the incorporation of the said village and neighborhood w a Tillage. It is therefore enacted by the mu-►ieipal council of the corporation of the county of Esau=, in council asteembled, under and by virtue of the consolidated municipal dot of Ontario, as follows: 1.
