<br />se it therefore enacted by the Council of the Corporation of the County of 1:,S"X under
<br />rod by virtue of Chapter 204 of the Revised Statutes of Ontario, that the wum r,( $too ,

<br />And be it further enacted, that the said sums be paid to the Inspectors of 5�hony for

<br />Whaves, it is necessary so as to entitle the several Municipalities in the Coeaty d
<br />Facto certain sums of money out of the Legislative Grant as apportioned by the Min.
<br />im of Education for the payment of salaries of legally qualified School Teachers, to aF
<br />as the several Municipalities in sums equal at least to the sane apportioned, aker ai.
<br />lowing for defalcation and expenses of collection.
<br />And whereas, it is necessary to provide for the salaries of School Inspectors for the
<br />ad County of Essex.
<br />And whereas, it will require the sum of $3,740 to be raised, levied and collected for the
<br />Rmentofqualified Public School Teachers, and afurther shat of $1,397.96 for the pay -
<br />smt of School Inspectors.
<br />Be it therefore enacted by the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex iA
<br />Coamil assembled under and by virtue of Chapter 2o4 of the Revised Statutes of Ontario,
<br />ad it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, that there shall be raised, levied and
<br />mLectedi upon the whole rateable property in the several Municii,aliti,-s, ;aye and except
<br />the Town of Amherstburg in the said County of Essex, in additiun to all oi!ter rates and
<br />litssmentsfor the payment of qualified Public School Teachers and Scho.A Imspector%
<br />tkiallof$5,137.96, and the several sums set opposite the names of each 3funi ality in
<br />& schedule hereunder written, which schedule forms hart of this lay- Law, Sha.l be raised,
