Whereas, it is necessary so as to entitle the several !Municipalities in the Cnvnty of Swa:to certain sums of money out of the Legislative Grant as apportioned by the Nlin- isttr of Education for the payment of salaries of legally qualified School Teachers, to as. WS the several Municipalities in sums equal at least to the same apportioned, after al. losing for defalcation and expenses of collection. And whereas, it is necessary to provide for the salaries of School Inspectors for the aid County of Essex. And whereas,' it will require the sum of $3,740 to be raised, levied and collected for the pncent of qualified Public School Teachers, and a further sum of $1,397.96 for the pay - vat of School Inspectors. Be it therefore enacted by the Council of the Corporation of the County of ;:a ex In Weil assembled under and by virtue of Chapter 204 of the Revised Statutes of Ontario, led it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, that there shall be raised, levied and collected upon the whole rateable property in the several Municipalities, save and except Ik Town of Amherstburg in the said County of Essex, in addition to all other rates and uma eats for the payment of qualified Public School Teachers and School Inspectors, iksum0f$5,137.96, and the several sums set opposite the names of each Municipauty in deschedule hereunder written, which schedule forms part of this By -law, shall be raised, kviedand collected therein respectively, and the said several sums shall be collected and paid into the hands of the County Treasurer on or before the 14th day of DeceulbCr next S�chodule referred to in the above By- Law.
