<br />Whereas it is expedient and necessary to Egtalize the Valuation of Real and personal
<br />Pro" in the Assessment Rolls of the Township, Towns and Villages is the County
<br />And whereas, the Council of the County of Essex, as provided by the Asseumm Act
<br />of the Province of Ontario have examined the assessment rolls of the several townships,
<br />towns and villages in the county for the preceding financial year for the purpose of aww
<br />twining whether the valuation made by the assessment for the current year, be as jut a
<br />relation to the valuation so made in all such townshps, towns and villages.
<br />And whereas, for the purpose of the county rates. it is deemed necessary to the Cosa•
<br />al aforesaid to produce a just relation between the valuation of the rad and petsoew
<br />nfatr. in the said county to increase or decrease the aggregate vahtati0a of real sad per.
<br />tonal property in any such townships, towns and villages to said county as provided by
<br />the assessment.
<br />Be it therefore enacted, by the corporation of the County of Eases, the Musticipal
<br />Coadl thereof being only convened and assembled, and it is hereby eaacte d that rho
<br />following valuations, shall be, and the same are hereby fixed as the equalised valvatims
<br />of real and personal prolerty for the different townships, togas wed villages in the
<br />onay of Essex, for the year 1882.
